Holy Land Private Limited and Sylhet Health and Education Services
Limited joined together in 2005 for a noble cause in medical education
and health care. Together they formed Holy Sylhet Holding Limited.
In 2007, Holy Sylhet Holding Limited (HSHL) commenced the college
and hospital with the permission of the Government of Bangladesh
and after completing all the necessary formalities with the respective
Ministries, Departments, Medical Associations and University .
HSHL also has plans to establish a Dental College and 4-year Nursing
College on its 3-Acre property in the heart of Sylhet City , . Presently the entire organization has 96 Directors and 13 Shareholders and
over 50% of them invest in the organization as Non Resident
Bangladeshis.
