vane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (TSU) is the first national university in
the Caucasus. It comprises 7 faculties, 16 independent scientific-research
institutes, auxiliary educational and scientific units. Today the Ivane Javakhishvili
Tbilisi State University is one of the first scientific-research institutions of Georgia.
It implements about 200 local and international scientific grant programs annually.
